Meet the Team
Daniel Lehane
Daniel joined the family business in 1998, straight out of college, having completed an advanced certificate in accountancy. Daniel, a born salesman, gained his auctioneering license in 1999, which was a logical tie in with the services that Lehanes already offered.
Daniel’s recalls his first residential sale, a 4 bedroom house in Chapel Street, Dunmanway. His first land sale was a farm in Kealkill. He remembers “every other sale ever since”. When he is not at his desk or out meeting clients, Daniel loves farming. He is the 5th generation farming on his mother’s home place in Kilronan, outside Dunmanway. Together with his wife Karen and their 3 children, they maintain a herd of pedigree Hereford cattle. His farming background has been hugely beneficial for land owners choosing Lehanes & Associates for land sales.
Daniel loves his customers property sales and appreciates that it’s probably the biggest and most important transaction in any clients lifetime. The responsibility attached to the clients property sale is of the utmost importance to Daniel.
